Victory of the day:
My students actually LOVE writing. They groaned today when the timer went off on their 20 min. of brainstorming time. That's write 20 min. to brainstorm their ideas on what fossils are and what they tell us of long ago, and how they are found. Apparently not enough time for them. There are some things I will truly miss about this class. They're some smart cookies they are.

you do realize you said "that's write" aye aye aye and you are teaching them how to write?!?! hehe
i know, i reread it but was too tired to change it. it bothers me everytime. BUT I'Z lazy!
